How do we create change in our life and become a Co-Creator with God and the Universe?

How do we know the universe is working with us in our favour?
While the universe is always listening and wants the highest good for you. Yours and my future is also based on the decisions and the habit of the mind.
Habits are constant repetitive thoughts and actions. And for things to change the habit and continuous action needs to change.
The fact is the universe is always listening.
Why is it that some people tend to bring into being what their heart most deeply desires, and some do not, but instead are stuck in the same pattern of the past?
Note: There is nothing wrong with someone who feels stuck, I was one of them for a very long time, it was frustrating.
The biggest reasons I was stuck was because of a lack of skill set, skills I had not yet developed were:
– How to be committed to change.
– How to change my thoughts, beliefs, actions so I did not stay the same.
– How to have courage and escape the comfort zone.
I want to leave you with 5 tips to become a Co-Creator with the Universe so you can make lasting change too:
5 Tips to become a Co-Creator with the Universe.
1 – Make repetition your friend.
Repetition is necessary.
What in your life do you need to be repetitive on? Is it a new mindset belief or an action?
A new belief may be a belief in yourself or in people. When I first got introduced to becoming a better person, I had all the belief in God and very little belief in myself even thought I had big dreams.
A new belief I had to create was that I was worthy of receiving riches freely from God and the Universe.
Using consistency, I told my mind I am worthy on a continuous basis.
To have the new reality, stop doing the old repetitive thing.
We become what we repeatedly do.
What thought or belief are you committed to speaking consistently to yourself?
2 – Become a problem solver.
My husband tells my kids there are three things in life you need to be successful, one is to be able to read, two is do maths and three is be a problem solver, these three things will take you far in life.
The misconception about Problem solvers is that they do not feel fear, the fact is they still feel fear or doubt, but they do not let the fear, doubt consume them. They manage it and have problem solving at their core.
Is there an area of life that you want to create a solution for? How can you become a problem solver in this area of life?
3 – Courage or Comfort zone?
I had big dreams of being a confident woman and I could not seem to find my strength or belief to be that, yet (because of lack of skill set).
My husband saw a company full of women and he said to me “this would be really good for you look at all these women”. I replied, “I am not like any of them!”.
It took years but I find my confidence, strength, and belief in myself it happened one day when I had to make a phone call. The phone was my worst enemy, if it would ring I would stand and stare at it instead of pick it up, but this one day my husband was there and made me answer it, I then had the most awkward phone call, it was a sales phone call and I was getting information off someone to take their money and it felt so wrong to me. I got off the phone and threw it across the yard. Breathing with fright and my body shaking I looked at the phone across the yard and realised I had to master this feeling and business.
I soon went on to sell over $130k in another sales job. I had mastered my fear of phone sales by getting out of my comfort zone and picking up the phone. It was awkward for sure to start with and then became a fun game of sales. You can do it too.
When stepping out of your comfort zone you are changing your nervous system to believe in you. Because for so long your nervous system has stayed the same and you are rattling it up, it is in a shock which is where the feeling comes in.
You can totally do this!
Do you choose the comfort zone or courage zone? Not everyone wants the courage zone and it’s not because of fear, sometimes they genuinely want to be comfortable. If you choose comfort, ask yourself: Will I be happy in 5 -10 year’s time with my choice?
4 – Be transformed by the spirit of your mind.
Your mind is a supercomputer what you believe shows up in your body and your results follow.
All belief starts in the mind.
Ask yourself “do I speak high to myself about my identity?”.
Beliefs are sneaky they hold a REAL feeling of belief. When I said, “I am not like them other women, confident and free.” It was REAL I felt it in my whole body. That is what beliefs do, they manifest in the body with a true feeling.
Start today, monitor your thoughts and feelings and if they feel negative, notice it with kindness and choose a way to grow your belief in yourself.
Your mind is like a storehouse of creation use it wisely.
5- Keep going.
Be committed to your future self and yourself now.
We all have the power to change, to love, to create new personalities and skills.
When there is a desire in your heart, take the first step to believing in you and gaining that new skill set.
Life is full of joy. Keep going you are worth it.

Get really clear on what it is that your soul most deeply desires.
Write it down and turn it into a written format, this will help your mind and the universe to align.
